I am writing to confirm that I have experienced the same obstacles and bad business practices as everyone else on this format. The representatives are continually asking for paperwork, then duplicates saying that the paperwork they have on file is expired. I resubmitted paperwork from May until December. Only to have them misinform me on processes and deny the modification. When I addressed the problem I was told that I had to start over. So in January I gathered information and sent all documents as requested before the due date (January 15th) only to be told my representative Debrel Payne (Jan 25th) the documents were outdated. There is a way to fight them however we all need to find someone who will file a class action suit in each state.
