Respected sir/madam,
I\\\\m all about giving a second chances but MyVitanet.com has screwed up my second order in a row. The most recent being the worst of it...ordered in May of 2011 and still not resolved in January of 2012! Like most companies they charge your credit card for the entire amount of the order, in this case over $50. So far, I\\\\ve only received $4 of the order and numerous emails responding to my Missing Items complaint feedback. I am on the 3rd email telling me the order is in process, yet another 2-4 weeks. Although it has now been over 8 months since my initial order I may be fighting a losing battle but fight I will! DO NOT order from MyVitanet.com if you value dependable service - I know they will NOT get my business ever again.
