This outfit is the pits. I paid off the mortgage in full, have a buyer at the ready, can\\\\t get anything expedited to get the property in their hands sooner. Nationstar simply will not move off their 30 day approximation and won\\\\t even try to help get things moving faster. I understand it takes time with the county to record the deed (gee when we bought a new place last year it only took a day), but what is going to take so long internally that they can\\\\t speed up? Plus their online system shows I only paid the normal payment and doesn\\\\t reflect the payoof! I\\\\ve never been in arrears with them, not once a late payment. But oh boy I bet they move real quick if you\\\\re even a day late!
