Respected sir/madam,
I bought a Jeep wrangler from this dealership and believed all the sales pitch. I got a deal, not a great deal but the sales staff were pleasant and competent. Then I had a problem when the Jeep stalled and would not run. I pulled over on the grass shoulder to wait for the tow truck. Imagine my surprise when the service representative (Ben) and his boss (Mike) informed me that I had a kinked gas line and they stated it was obviously caused by abuse. Wow what a lie. Mike claimed I obviously had the vehicle off road because there was grass on the tires. DAHHHH, I had to pull onto the shoulder when it stalled. Mike was rude and would not listen to the fact that there was no abuse of the vehicle, in fact the vehicle is pampered. Mike further charged me $700.00 for what should have been a warranty repair. Don\\\\t buy from this dealership. The sale is ok but the service is dishonest, rude, and will not honor your warranty. It cost me $700 to learn this lesson. Don\\\\t make the same mistake I did!!
