Respected sir/madam,
I bought 3 containers of my favorite yogurt, Oikos Vanilla. Now normally i don\\\\t mind paying extra for something that i really enjoy. And Oikos.i find is the best yogurt i have ever tasted. The next morning i fixed me a bowl, it was totally sour. It made me sick.I thought that it may have been just that container. So i open the other one, it is sour also.I took a look at the date of it, it was for another month. The last one had a date of being a week and half longer than the other two. So i open that one up to find out that it is just as bad .I know this product very well, i payed close to 15.00 for this, normally i buy it at the Grocery Outlet for 1.99 to 2.49, they hadn\\\\t got the shipment yet.What really gets to me is that since i had opened all 3 containers, i couldn\\\\t get the money back. Of course i could get in-store credit. But buy this tI\\\\me I\\\\m not happy with that, i just want my money back.I walked out of there with nothing, not even the sour yogurt.I left them there for them to enjoy. I did send a complaint to Dannon via e-mail, i hope they are a little more understanding than Walmart was.
