Respected sir/madam,
This company is a FRAUD. When I moved to Clearwater Florida from Washington State I connected my TV, Internet, and phone through BrightHouse Networks. The day AFTER I called to get my hook up I got this strange call about \\\"internet\\\" service, I told the guy (who sounded like he was from a foreign country) that I wasn\\\\t interested and hung up.\r\nOn my next bill from my Credit Card company, I noticed 163. in charges from a Saveology company and I filed Fraud charges with my credit card company. I had a very annoying conversation from the Saveology Rep who said I had authorized these charges, and I told them I had NO IDEAD WHO THEY EVEN WERE, AND THAT i HAD NEVER HEARD OF THEM. They asked me to send back a Wireless Modem and they would credit my account. \\\"What wireless modem\\\"? I asked them, and they told me they sent me a wireless modem (for which I was billed) and that I needed to send it back to them. I never asked for, OR recieved a wireless modem and they stated \\\"Oh we see we got it back\\\" so we can credit you for that charge BUT NOT for the shipping and handling. I asked \\\"how can you charge me shipping and handling for something I have NEVER had or authorized you to take money from my account. Who are you people, I have never even heard of you before\\\"?\r\nAll I can find out is they are some sort of \\\"third party scam company\\\" who feeds off of your cable provider to steal your money. With the help of Capital One, I have gotten all but the Shipping and Handling portion refunded to my account. I only GOT THIS with Capital One Rep ON THE LINE AND RECORDING THE CONVERSATION. This company is a fraud. Now I am having to cancel my Credit Card and get a new one...after I have moved 3700 miles and really couldn\\\\t deal with this sort of fraud at this time.
