Illegally charged my card
Respected sir/madam,
I had ordered a 14 day free trial and receive it 3 days ago, well I was not getting the menthol flavor I was hoping for and called to find out how to return this kit and found out in the process they charged my card for a reorder I never authorized. I was so mad, how can they do that before my trial period was over. Well they said I have to return that when it arrives to get 50% percent back and I screamed and said no it is your fault for ordering and I want a full refund! Then she said to keep the kit and send the order that is on its way for a full refund. I have a funny feeling this is not going to turn out as I expect it to. What more can I do??
