Respected sir/madam,
I bought a Kenmore Power Miser 9 water heater in 2005. I have had a repairman over to fix it AT LEAST once a year, always for the same problem: bad igniter. Kenmore has refused to replace the appliance, citing the \\\"Lemon Law\\\" which stipulates that the problem need to happen at least five times in one year. To hell with Kenmore and Sears. I will never EVER but another one of their products.
