I purchased a 1000 hits traffic package, which I never received the traffic. I finally got a hold of them and complained, but they said \\\"you can\\\\t see the traffic\\\". I use analytics, and if it\\\\s there I would see it. So I forgot about it, but now 5 months later, I see my charge card receipt, and they have charged my card every month for almost 50 dollars without my authorization. I also cannot find any way to contact them. This is straight up theft.\r\nDO NOT USE THEM. They don\\\\t do anything, and they steal your money.
You need to file a report with the Federal Trade Commission. Also keep anllicg the police, they are required to take a report tell them if they do not you will be anllicg your local Representatives to handle the situation. You also need to contact the credit card companies and let them know you are a victim of fraud. Ask them what steps you need to take to clear up the matter. If you have joint bank accounts he illegally opened go to the bank and tell them you are a victim of fraud. DO NOT PAY OFF THE ACCOUNTS OR OFFER SETTLEMENT. This is an automatic admission of guilt. You also need to contact all three credit reporting agencies and tell them you are a victim of identy theft. Stay on the issue, the companies want you to walk away and just pay them. and will help answer a lot of your questions
