Respected sir/madam,
I won a silver lazy susan (lot #335) in Northern Colorado Estate Liquidator\\\\s September 17, 2011 online auction and I\\\\ve never received the item. When I called in October Erik Mathews, the supposed owner of this business, told me that the package was mailed out and had been returned by the post office because of a wrong address and he apologized for not contacting me. He took down my address over the phone twice and promised delivery within the next week. I did not receive the piece and tried to contact the company several times via phone and email to no avail over the next several months. I finally got a response from the company in December after I threatened a BBB complaint and complained to Proxibid.com, the website where the auction took place, and he gave me the same story that the box had been returned by the post office for a second time and he wanted to mail it to me for a third time. I wrote back and asked him why he never called me back or returned my emails until I threatened to file a Better Business Complaint and he continued to blame it on the post office. By this time I no longer trusted them or wanted the item and asked him to refund my money which he refused to do. He instead wanted me to give him my mailing address for a third time which I refused. I have not heard back from him now in over a month and I have not received the item in question even though he took the money out of my account via the debit card number I had on file with Proxibid.com on September 17, 2011. I don\\\\t know what else to do now. It has been 4 months since I won the auction and I still don\\\\t have the lazy susan. I paid $50.00 for the item plus an 18% premium of $9.00 and a shipping and handling fee of $18.30 for a grand total of $77.30.
