Opened my checking and savings account in 2009. Paycheck is direct deposited twice a month-bills and necesseties are paid from this account. I have an automatic transfer set up on the 26th of every month transfer $50 from checking to savings. I check my balance frequently?. I have $93 in my savings and $28 in my checking and it is 2 days before payday on the 25th;. I transfer $60 from saving to checking - total checking balance $88 to cover gas until payday. On the 23rd, 1st Convenience goes in - takes $50 from my checking -transfers it to my saving as soon as I took it from my savings on the same day. The charges for my gas and lunch at work which totals $70 overdrafted. I went to the bank inside Kroger in Duncanville, TX to ask why the automatic transfer was taken out 2 days early - I was told they can\\\\t look up and see why or review history as they would charge me $10/hour for this. Rude branch manager then tells me I cannot close my acct, then refers me to get a loan from them. I told her this is the bank\\\\s mistake & not mine. I called customer service and they were no help either as I was referred to call the next day to a different customer service department. When I called and requested this other department, I was told no-I need to call the customer service dpt. This issue is still unresolved. I will be closing this account and not allowing them to handle my money. To charge me $10/hour to review their mistake. I went back and looked and my statements and saw that they had actually been taking the automatic transfer on wrong days before causing problems within this account.
