Respected sir/madam,
USAA really sucks, My husband and I assumed a V.A mortgage 1 1/2 years ago from a gentleman and we have had nothing but headaches from USAA every since. We are in the process of getting a new loan and will be so happy to be finished with USAA for good. One thing that we never got straightened out was my husband and I are disabled and are exempt from taxes and were charged every month. Payment when we started our loan was 951 and they were charging taxes I called and talked to a dozen people and they said they would remove the taxes once we proved we were exempt. Sent all the paper work and they raised our payment to $983, I tried all last year to resolve with no resolve. I finally gave up and they ended up giving me a tax refund in Jan. Got to use my money all year. Now we are in middle of refinance and I called and tried 4 hours to get to someone to send me a copy of our note. Finally got in touch with a lady that said she could not fax a copy or email a copy. I asked if I could have them send it UPS as was needing it fast. Lady said I needed a UPS account, so I opened an UPS account and she said she would send it., that was 6 days ago and no note. They even gave me a tracking number but number is no good. Tried for 5 days to get in touch with somebody to try to get someone to help me but they just didn\\\\t care. I just know I wouldn\\\\t recommend Usaa to anyone.
