I was looking to cut my household budget when I saw a Magic Jack info commercial. I checked out the web site. After some research I decided not to. A few days later I went back to the web site and thought the 30 day free trial couldn\\\\t hurt. WRONG. As I was filling out the form and had entered my card number, I thought twice and backed out of it. I DID NOT submit anything, never received any confirmation email or any knowledge that this transaction was complete.They grabbed that acct. # and withdrew immediately. I didn\\\\t realize it until the next day that they withdrew from my acct. fraudulently, without my authorization. It took me three months of aggravation and filing complaints to Pa. and Fla. Attorney Generals along with the Fla. BBB. Pa. A.G. office because that\\\\s where I live. I finally got my money back. Scammed-fraud. Thanks to Attorney Generals office. You need to file complaints with those offices.
