Respected sir/madam,
This company is based out of Florida and makes on line estimates and over the phone estimates on moving costs. They are a total fraud. They gave me a quote. I live in NJ. When they showed up, they started demanding several hundred more dollars before they started. I told them that I would not use them. They became aggressive and I became worried. I had to tell them I was going to call the police before they would leave. It has been 2 years and the company is still hounding me. They have sent this to a credit agency and have been trying to ruin my credit. Read their fine print. There is alot of it. You cannot sue them outside of Florida. My suggestion, use a moving company that gives you a fixed price or someone who will come to your house and give you an estimate on the move.
