I was way overcharged for gold and silver coins. I was also lied to about what type of coins could be placed in an IRA. I have been trying to liquidate my funds for over a month now. It took over a week for anyone to call me back, and then when they do they do not help out. I purchased these coins in April 2011 and all my coins still have not been delivered, which I no longer want because I now know I was overcharged by 25-30%. I was never told what the price of the coins were until this month. Shame on me for assuming I would be charged what their website has them offered for. This seems like false advertisement to me. Once I filed a complaint with the BBB, Marc, president of the company, called me to let me know he was sending me to legal, which means he will no longer speak to me but send my emails and phone calls to his lawyer. This company lies, cheats and steals your money. There are many gold companies out there, do not do business with Aurum Advisors
