Respected sir/madam,
I ordered an MP3 Player on Dec 29….attempted to contact the seller several days later but he was not available via his email. I tried three different times to unsuccessfully contact the seller. I informed AMAZON.com of the problems. They told me I could do nothing until 30 days after the ordered had been placed. Even though I knew by now the seller was a THIEF. I waited until the 30th and filed a complaint to have my money refunded and I was told it may be refunded by Feb 10…..It takes AMAZON.com 42 days to maybe refund my money for a product I do not have and will never have. This is plain BS on the part of Amazon.
