I had a similar experience.\r\nWES was totally disappointing. First of all customer service is ridiculous, the instructions of the phone and e-mail communicating contradicted what was on the official website. It took my University\\\\s director to call them up so that they listened.\r\nThen they screwed up and did not add all the course credits. Both myself and my University tried to urge them to make a corrections and they couldn\\\\t care less. Who blames them, they already had cashed in. Please note my University rates tip 5 in the UK.\r\nAfter wards they never replied to my e-mails. And the crappy evaluation not even clarifies US equivalence. I feel short changed. WES should be banned.
