Respected sir/madam,
Alan Maciel the Harbor Master Confessed to me that he had sex with ex-girl friend of a boat owner and to help her get even he stole the boat by Faking the Proof of Service in a lien action and then towing the boat. He has a long reputation for being a thief. Do not do business with Marina Plaza or Berg Holdings. He lies but comes off smooth operator.
