I bought 3 interior solid core doors 2 months ago. A professional trim carpenter who has hung some 500 doors indicated that they were poorly designed. The jam stop does not register with the top stop section and cannot be moved because nothing is underneath it. The doors cannot be sanded or planed because the appearance coating is sprayed or photographed on the particle board. Is has no bevel opposite the hinge side so that when the door opens or closes it is inclined to hit the outside jam. This is a poorly engineered and manufactured product. I have bought many thousands of dollars of materials from Menards over the last few years but by far this was the worst.
