We just purchased 3 appliances totaling close to 3k. The salesman was nice, they delivered when they said they would - all that was fine. The problem started when we discovered that the stove we purchased - a GE Profile - has a serious defect. It took 2 days of calling with no return calls and my finally insisting on talking to a manager James before I could discuss the problem with someone in the store. The result? P C Richard & Son can\\\\t help me. I have to go to the manufacturer to get assistance. This is on a stove that is approximately 2 weeks old.So - if you don\\\\t care about customer service beyond the day your appliance gets delivered, then go to P C Richard & Son. If you want customer service to extend beyond the delivery date, stay very clear of this store.
