Respected sir/madam,
I bought the shoes on 8th January 2012. It was the second time that while wearing I heard a rip and saw that the shoe seam had opened a good 2 inches from the side. It s been a very sad and very very disappointing experience. I had saved up thinking winters would be fun and comfortable, but imagine the boots tearing in the second wear. How unreasonable is that? They are now useless for me and I would sincerely like to return them ASAP and would request a complete refund, not to mention the disappointment and anguish the episode has caused.
