Respected sir/madam,
Just got my letter returned to me in the mail. Followed all the measures for a refund, and it looks like bad news. We were not going to do a warranty on purpose and then the sales person really pushed us to get this and sold us on \\\"well if you don\\\\t use it you will get it back\\\" well now look where we are. Very frustrating and wondering what to do next. Wanted to note that I am going to look forwarded into what to do next and will post anything I find for class action suits and such.
