Respected sir/madam,
On December 31, 2010 I purchased a 2003 Mitsubishi from Auto Plaza Ford along with a service agreement from Superior Protection Plan. On January 7, 2011 took the vehicle back for repairs at no cost. On February 10, 2011 back to the shop at a cost to me of $413.00. On April 2, 2011 repairs cost me $332.00. I asked if I could switch the vehicle out for one of the same value. I was told I needed a down payment.\r\n\r\nOn April 12, 2011 the engine went out. I was told that the vehilce would be fixed at no cost to me. I was given a loaner car after a week of inconvenience of trying to get back forth to work. Since April 12, 2011 nothing has been done to my vehicle and I have been paying car note on a vehiicle that I am not able to drive. The reason being that my vehicle is not being repaired is because it going to cost $4, 000.00 to have another engine put in the vehicle.\r\n\r\nSuperior Protection Plan the service agreement only wants to pay $700.00 and Auto Plaza Ford I assume don\\\\t want to pay the balance. So they are going back forth with each other. I call every week to see what is going on and I am told by Auto Plaza Ford that they sent a letter to Superior Protection Plan and waiting for a repsonse back from Superior. I want my vehicle back and running, but it is just sitting at Auto Plaza Ford\\\\s service department.
