Respected sir/madam,

Capital One Bank arbitrarily raised my fixed interest rate from 6.99% to 15.9% despite the fact that all payments were made on time in the amount due. They claim that a letter was sent offering me the option to decline the increase. I am absolutely positive I did not receive any letter because I was carefully reading every correspondance from any credit card companies. If I had received a notice of any kind from Capital One, I would have responded immediately. This Bank is participating in unfair business practices and should be punished.
