Respected sir/madam,
I intended to order a dog door from Ideal Pet Products. I accidentally left off one letter and ended up at www.idealpetproduct.com. The website looked so professional and had all the right products, that I didn't even realize I wasn't at the right site. It has been a month since I placed my order and three weeks since the funds were removed from my account and I still have not received my dog door (which should have been shipped via UPS). I have called them over a dozen times and cannot get anyone to answer or call me back. If you are looking for a pet door, please make sure you go to the Ideal Pet ProductS site and not Ideal Pet Product. (Slight difference, but you will get ripped off like me if you're not careful!)
