Ticket not getting booked
Respected sir/madam,
Dear Sir / Mam,\r\n\r\nI am trying to book Tatkal tickets from my personal IRCTC ID, but error is coming which says \\\"You are Permitted only 2 transactions between 8 AM to 10 AM per IP address/user ID\\\"\r\n\r\nSurprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 8 to 10 even not within a week.\r\n\r\nThis is happening for all the users which i have discussed with. Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering.\r\n\r\nRegards,\r\nSameer

not able to move further from this screen. there is no option present in the ui and we are in a confusion like which one to click on.
This is happening for all the users which i have discussed with. Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering.
