Respected sir/madam,
I picked up jeans that were left to be hemmed. They were done incorrectly (all wavy across the bottom) I was told I would have to pay AGAIN for them to fix (it had been over 30 days). The jeans had never been worn or looked at as my usband had been ill so it was not brought back immediately as I explained to the manager John Salinas. He charged me again to fix their mistake then called the next day to explain they could not fix the jeans they had destroyed without making them too short I was told to come pick them up. When I went to the store he verbally assaulted me and told me there would be NO COMPENSATION for their mistake \"anything could have happened to the jeans\" This is customer service? I was also told the owner \"stood behind him\" and to \"never come back\". Now I have a pair of $56.00 jeans that have never been worn and are ruined and they have no obligation!
