I ordered the Acai Berry Detox on July 8th 2009 and Customer service contacted to confirm my order 2 days later at which She stated that once I recieved the product I had 14 day free trial at which time i could cancel and keep the remaing product free for trying it. Then on the 16th of July going threw my bank account I found 41.15 worth of charges from Biolabs for a life cleansing product I never ordered which attaches itself to Acai Bery. Well the tld me when I recieved the product to send it back and I would recieve my refund . On the 18th of July I recieved the Acai Berry Detox and then today the 20th of July to my surprise on my account there was the charge for 87.13 for Rainforest. When I called the number that was tacked on to the charges I spoke to a man who could not speak english well. By this time i'm fumming and requested to speak to a supervisor where again couldn't speak very good english. I asked how can you state its a 14 day free trial when I recieved product two days ago and then bam heres the charge. He stated the trial started when you ordered. I argued how can you state its a trial of product you didn't have he stated didn't you read terms and conditions? My reply yes but your lady in customer service stated information would come with product that was a lie with my product came a brochure of product no invoice or nothing. Why doesn't the government do somthing about the American people being preyed on and scammed through these companys. I noticed after my conversations earlier tonight that this product is not sponsored by Oprah Winfrey or Rachel Ray as they advertise. The BBB has had countless reports yet these companys are still out there preying on innocent people who just want to improve there lives and wellbeing. I am furious I have been scammed for 130.00 total thus far between the two products from this company. You don't see these rports unless you sure hard thats how I found it this should come up when searching this product as well as this company be shut down and sanctioned like everything else.
