Respected sir/madam,
UPS destroyed carefully packed parcel; denied claim. Informed me that the cause of damage was "inadequate padding", but a cursory exam of the returned parcel clearly shows that the damage could ONLY have been caused by 1) dropping parcel from considerable height onto hard surface; or 2) dropping heavy object(s) onto my parcel. Pictures attached show original condition of amplifier when shipped; condition when returned to me. UNRETOUCHED
