I am a post paid user of Airtel mobile no. 9897658122 of 14 month old, I opted annual advance rentel plan 249 rs. p.m. I face a serious call drop problem since the starting & I contect to customer care several time but they did'nt give me satisfactory resolution. The srvice provider also charge cost of those calls who are droped. I notify this probem to customer care always but they do not provide me remedy of this problem. the airtel also charge for value added services those are not replying.
