Respected sir/madam,
I was going over a bank statement for my mother who is a stroke patient. There was a debit for 16.95 from a company called Easy Saver. My mom does not know the company. Nor has she ordered anything from them. Yet there is this debit and it caused there to be an overdraft fee for 33.00. I am having no luck getting any response from them. I am wondering if the attorney general is someone who should be contacted about this. The last I heard, a company could not charge an account with out notice and that there had to be some sort of merchandise or service that was being received in lieu of charge. My mom has nothing and never received anything. Nor does she even know why they would be hassling her.
