Dear sir, I didnt subscribed for text Based Service i have complaint 3manytimes as an complaint to customer care they have credit me 2times (1st time Rs.5/-,2nd time Rs.15/-)nearly it happen in this month.Today(24.8.09) i have received that "Thank u for subscribing text based service u have been charged rs.20/- http:\gclub.in" suddenly i intimate to the customer care but they told me call after 2 hours and i call them after 2 hours they told me i have been subscribed, i told them i didnt do that and Cc person transfer me to the senior persons they told ruff manner response is very bad i explain them in kind they repeated me u have subscribed something "touch---"i dont even the correctly in my mobile i didnt have Airtel Live r mobile office setting
