Respected sir/madam,
When I had my phone stolen, I called them and had my phone terminated...They charged me about $60 even after I suspended my phone. (Even tho, it was prepaid, I had it automatic paypent thru my bank account). I called them again to get credit for the payment. They transferred so many times and still coulnt give me credit with all the bullshit reasons. So I told them just make sure it wont never happen again...OF COURSE THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!! I figured it is worthless to call them again to fix this...so I ended up closing my bank account. NEVER EVER WILL RETURN TO THEM.
