Respected sir/madam,
I succumbed to an ad for Magic Jack that offered up to 2 Jacks Free for 30 days. I got the product right away and they charged my Visa debit RIGHT AWAY for $98.00. It took me FOREVER to find a way to contact the company. When I did it was in the form of a chat window. I asked why my FREE Jacks had been charged for before my FREE TRIAL month had even started...he said because I ordered with a debit card. I told him it was a debit VISA which can be run as a Credit Card...he didn't seem to understand my point. Then I ask ...if these retail for 39.95 each what is the extra charge for...He said for the service...I said that I thought thought they had a variety of monthly charges and he claimed that they never charged monthly services...EXCUSE me...monthly charges collected on a YEARLY basis! I tried to call the TV sales number in order to get to a real person...I kept getting looped through electronic ads!!! I'm sorry I don't trust these people!!! GET SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE GOING PEOPLE!!! You may have a great product but the world won't trust you if you hide behind video loops and automated voice machines!!! PEOPLE NEED TO TALK TO REAL PEOPLE...and I want my money back!!!
