Respected sir/madam,
I ordere a $9 piece of jewlery in May and within 2 weeks was sent 4 other pieces of jewelry that I did not order. I called the company and was told that I had signed up for automatic shipments of jewelry every 2 weeks for the price of $68. When I stated I did not want the items I was told to return the jewelry and I would recieve a refund. I returned the items in June, called to follow up in August and was told that the refund would be credited to my account in 5-7 days. I called again in September and was told the same thing, again in early October and again in late October. I asked to speak to a manager and was rudly told that it was not possible. I then called back and was allowed to leave a voice mail, I am still waiting for a return call and $349. To top it off the jewelry wasn't that well made and the necklaces were more like chokers.
