In august I ordered a risk-free (!?) trial of Acai Berry Detox. I didn't understand that after a 15 days trial period I would be charged for the full price of the product and that the so called risk-free trial would be converted into a regular subscription of 82 euros per month! When I received the second pot of pills (they don't work with me at all), I understood I had been tricked. I returned the two pots and asked to refund my money. I didn't get an answer and yes ... they took another 82 euros from my bank account. Every time to a different bankaccount: Shangai or GB. So I could not block one simpel bankaccount. I decided to block my own bankaccount, after I had tried to phone them. Then I succeeded to reach them. The operator told me that I should never have sent backthe pills because they don't accept cancelling by writing (?!). The operator gave me a cancellation number and told me that my money would be refunded in 4 days. Later I received an email in which I was told that I should have returned the first shipment within 15 days and that my "account" had finished on the moment I received the cancellationnumber. Sure: afterwards I have tried again to find the true conditions. And yes: you can find them at the bottom of the page, but not on the form you have to fill in. So beware of this firm!
