Today i activated mobile office bysending sms *266*1# but they did not sent settings they said that my phone (Karboon K661) do not relate to our services where as i am using nokia N72 this was brought to them thrice but in vain thereafter they did not took my call or complaint now i request that the ammount deducted be refunded as i could not enjoy the facility at all.
