First off the product did not work at all, but the company has a 100% return garantie. So I try calling the phone number on the web site and it just constantly rings busy. Then I email the address that was attached to my receipt that the company emailed me. I got a really quick response with an address of where to send the product back. I tracked the package and when they received it they sent an email saying they issued a refund to my account. I checked my account that day and three days after and still no return showing up in my account. I email them back to ask how long it should take for the refund to show up in my bank account and they wrote back saying 48-72 hours and if it hasn\\t shown up to call my bank. I called my bank and they said that there was no refund issued or pending. So I wrote the company back saying there is no refund in my account or pending and I asked them for a phone number so I could talk to someone live. I have not heard anything from them since.
