Respected sir/madam,
I ordered the Trial Sample of Total Cleanse and one week after receiving order $79 was deducted from my checking account. I tried calling over a weekend period to cancel my order, never received a live voice, tried emailing, no response. Did reach a live person the following Monday and was told that the 15 day trial period began the day of shipment. How can a person try something for 15 days when over half of it is in shipment. Did not receive any satisfaction from person I spoke with, did return product and have yet to see a credit to my account. This is false advertisement if they say 15 day trial period but do not state it begins the day of shipment. Will never order from this company every again.
