I purchased a 14 Day Risk Free Trial for teeth whitening trays. I received the product 12 days after my initial order and was surprised to see that my 14 day trial ended 3 days later. I followed the directions to cancel my monthly delivery by going to the website and was surprised when I couldn\\t actually log on to the site. The log in screen said it would email me my log in information, but never did. Of course, my deadline was a Saturday and they are closed on Sundays. That Monday morning I was surprised to see a charge on my account for $ 79.95. I called the number that appeared on my bank statement and was told that the trial actually begins the day the order is placed (even though I didn\\t receive the product until 12 days after I ordered it). I was able to cancel the automatic monthly charge but they would not credit my account for the $ 79.95 already charged. This is a total SCAM!!! I want my money back!!!
