Respected sir/madam,
I ordered Total Cleanse in Jan. never opened it and received another bottle in Feb. Called to cancel and sent it back. They were very nice and I sent the bottle back, but have not received a refund in any form. I have probably called at least twenty more time. In July they said I called and changed my address, not true. Sept. 4 a supervisor said a check would be in the mail 7 to 10 days. This was a rare case according to them. Called at least 10 more times in Sept. Talked to another supervisor. Called Oct. at least three times. Tried calling today and the number would not go through. I tried to dispute the charges with my bank, but they said the time frame had expired. This is the biggest scam
