Respected sir/madam,
I too have been scammed, I haved called and called. I even got a confirmation # for the refund to my account. But 40 days later no money. the # i have for them is 888-210-2544. Now I am told that the problem is with the billing department and they would not give me the phone number of the billing department. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told the supervisor was on another line. I have documented every conversation and will copy all of the complaints on this site and go to my bank today (again) with the details. Candiace H
