Respected sir/madam,
I am an vodafone user from past four years (No. 9620588818).
Recently from past three months they are charging for SMS & MMS services without my knowledge, which was never opted for.
Apart from the above, I am being charged the clip charges with the late payment fee charges even without resolving the issue. I have sent around 5 e-mails to Vodafone legal section & even have registered a compalint at vodafone center at R T nagar. ( Ref: 1232120498)
Even without responding to the compaint they have sent the legal notice via e-mail.
I request you to kindly look into this matter & facilitate the justice.
