Non receipt of sim card
Respected sir/madam,
I had requested for a new sim card and had paid an amount of Rs. 350/- through cheque # 265663 dated 08 Jan 10 of HDFC Bank but its been more than 08 days i have not received the sim card till yet, the no. allotted to me was 9920548222, I am in touch with Mr. Raman of vodafone, cell # 9619661764 but now he has also stopped receiving the calls and is asking his colleagues to answer the calls, I want stern action to be taken against vodafone for such irresponsible act and raman may be sacked from his job for not addressing to the problem of the customer and not carrying out his responsibilities efficiently and the sim card to be delivered to me at the earliest.
