Respected sir/madam,
sir
i have taken a BSNL sim 7months ago from the bsnl office. first of i was told that the sim would start within 48hrs but the sim started in 5 days. after that within one month they again stopped my service and when i asked them they told that my documents are not correct then i again submitted my documents and my sim started again but within half a month the company started a hello tune service on my sim without my request. when i call the costumer care service they refused to stop that service and cut my account balance for that service and now if i call them they donot take my call.
i also submitted a complaint in the bsnl office.
also after 10 p.m. they donot take call and just put the reciever and donot hear my complaints
sir its my humble request to you to take a satisfactory measure against them as soon as possible.
