this is karthikeyan, my no:9840533682 i have been using this number for the past 2 years. my friend bought me this sim using his mothers proof. i lost this sim 2 days before, so i blocked the sim and yesterday i went with my friend to the besantnagar branch and submitted the same proof to collect a duplicate sim but they are telling that the proof tat i have submitted, doesnot match with the previous one which i have submitted 2 years back. After a long arguement i came to know tat my number is registered to someother person named kapila barik. past two years i dint get any interuption in my line and now the airtel people are telling tat only on submission of tat kapila bariks proof and photo, the duplicate sim can be claimed. they are asking me to bare the punishment for thier mistake. i dint even know who tat kapila is. kindly slove my problem . my alternate number is 9094740685. u can contact me to my alternate number. thank you.
