Wrong Billing

Vodafone has been charging me for International smses from past some months.
Just to clarify that while there are international calls made which again is rare, international smses has been out of question.

I presumed that i might have made those smses and just wanted to check with vodafone on the numbers where the messages where sent. To my surprise, an agent in the customer care department has access to only those datapoint which are also available to us.

Also Vodafone just refuses to let us know any of the sms numbers for which they have charged us.

This is with regert i have to convey that once a top class service provider, vodafone is losing its way on this part and sending wrong signals to its subscribers.
Now i am just concerned about retaining my number. Would look forward to a better service provider who could be atleast transparent with their billing numbers.
