I have been charged for software that I did not order or request. The charge of $75.89 appeared on my Chase Credit card statement. The charge transaction date was 2/07/09. Please credit my account.
I need this charge refunded as I never recieved any product.

I ordered DRI Trend Micro
and was billed 49.95 on May 13 and 48.95 on May 4 both on my Mastercard Please help in removing on of these charges. Thank you.

I was charged on my Captital One card by Trend Micro 4495 on May 1 2010 I DID NOT order it I do not want it I always buy the disks never the download in the event Id have to reinstall. I want this removed from my credit card so I can buy the disk instead Grrr

please reverse charge $35.95 posted to my visa account 8/19/11. I no longer need this service. I was unable to cancell it per computer cancelation. The bank has stoped payment for future years. I would appreciate a credit to my visa account. As a 78 year old widow of 21 years, every cent must be accounted for.
