Respected sir/madam,
I received product on 3/3/10 and didnt open it until 3/5/10. Thats when I noticed my time to cancel was up on 3/4/10. I called as soon as I was able to cancel because I had just received the product and hadnt even had a chance to try it out to determine if I even wanted to continue receiving it or not. I was told at that time that this was not a problem and given a cancellation number of 996678 and specifically told that my account would not be charged. I thought this was all taken care of when, this evening, I checked my old e-mail account for mail and noticed that my account was still going to be charged. I called again and explained what had happened. This time I was told that I would have to request a refund via e-mail and again given a cancellation number of 996679 and told again that my account would not be charged. If I find out that my account is charged anyway, I will definately fight it. This is obviously a scam. I mean, who doesnt give a customer a fair amount of time to try a product out before expecting them to submit to a contract for future products? Also, the trial period should start once the product is received...not when it was ordered, because the mail doesnt always arrive in a couple of days...plus, how do we know that its actually sent out on the order date anyway? I hope I have no more trouble with getting my account credited if it was charged. Thank you.
