When I was working in Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata, I was literally conned by the Airtel Prepaid card dealer. The amount I recharged into my prepaid card was way higher than what I was given. When the amount was updated, it showed insufficient amount than what I paid. I went back with my Indian colleague to ask the dealer as to why this could have happened, they scolded my colleague and would not make any refund or amendment. They claimed that they are not responsible for this and asked us to dail the Airtel hotline which was NEVER answered to.
